Dear Sir,
As you know, the next few weeks are crucial in our operations, there is only a
small window in which we could complete all our tasks properly and on target.
As I've previously advised, our field team are doing the best they can under
the current constraints. We are seriously undermanned as of the moment and I
would like to request that additional staff be sent over at our South site
within the next 48 hours to relieve the current staff on duty. They have been
on-call without rest the last four days. I hope you understand we are now on
the line in breaching the trust set by the unions. Please let me know if you
are going with this option or if you have other solutions in mind.
I am at the field if you need me.
